2.2 Account Responsibilities

3. Job Postings and Applications
3.1 For Employers
Employers are responsible for ensuring that job postings are accurate, lawful, and do not violate any third-party rights. Guard Recruiter reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any job posting that violates these Terms or our policies.
Employers must purchase a job posting package before listing jobs. Payment is processed through secure gateways (WooCommerce, PayPal, Stripe).
3.2 For Candidates
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their profiles, resumes, and other application materials are accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. By applying for jobs, candidates agree to allow employers to view their profiles and resumes.
4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Payments
Employers must purchase job posting packages to list jobs on the website. All payments are securely processed through PayPal and Stripe. We do not store payment details on our servers.
4.2 Refunds
We do not offer refunds for job posting packages once the purchase is complete, unless the package cannot be used due to a technical fault on our end. Any refund requests should be directed to admin@guardrecruiterpro.com for review.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Posting false, misleading, or inappropriate job listings or profiles.
- Using the website to solicit personal information, spam, or distribute malware.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
- Engaging in any unlawful activity or using the website for any unlawful purpose.
Any violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property available on Guard Recruiter are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of job listings and candidate profiles, Guard Recruiter does not guarantee the validity, accuracy, or completeness of any content provided by users. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-submitted content.
7.2 Service Availability
We make no warranty that our website will be available at all times or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guard Recruiter will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
